Terms of Service

1. The service. AVLdrive is an operations platform for events and production companies: scheduling, service order contracts, records, payroll, and treasury tools. You get a workspace for your company; your team accesses it under roles you assign.

2. Your account & workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team enters and for who you invite. Workspace admins control member access; removing a member revokes their access to the workspace's data.

3. Your data. Your workspace's data belongs to your company. Each workspace is isolated from every other company's workspace, enforced at the database layer. We do not sell your data.

4. Acceptable use. Don't attempt to access other companies' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Fees. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. During the launch period some features are free; we'll give notice before paid billing applies to your workspace.

6. Availability & liability. The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from downtime or data entry errors. Keep independent records of critical financial figures.

7. Termination. You can stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion of your workspace data.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
