Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your account email and name; the operational data your team enters (events, SOCs, records, payroll and treasury figures); and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

How it's used. Solely to provide the service to your workspace: authentication, storing and syncing your data, and showing it to teammates according to their roles. We do not sell personal data or use your business data for advertising.

Isolation. Every row of workspace data carries your workspace's identity and is protected by database row-level security — other companies cannot access it.

Where it lives. Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase/PostgreSQL for the database and authentication; Netlify for hosting). Emails such as confirmations and password resets are sent through the authentication provider.

Retention & deletion. Data is kept while your workspace is active. Workspace admins can request export or permanent deletion of their workspace's data.

Your rights. Consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data via your workspace admin.

Changes. Material changes to this policy will be announced in-app.
